DESCRIPTION:Welcome to our playful and engaging Kids Yoga Class\, where movement meets imagination! Designed for children ages 4–11\, this class introduces foundational yoga poses\, breathing exercises\, and mindfulness techniques through games\, storytelling\, and music. Kids will stretch\, balance\, and build strength while exploring themes like kindness\, courage\, and gratitude.\nEach class encourages creativity and self-expression in a fun\, non-competitive environment that supports emotional regulation and body awareness.
