DESCRIPTION:Ladies have I got a treat for you. Denielle from Wild Earth Wisdom is bringing you an evening of love and self-care. We will be honoring our divine feminine\, our sacral chakra\, and the most sacred space in our goddess temple…our wombs. We will be geeking out over our period power\, and learning some juicy self-care for our menstrual cycle. We will practice yoga\, meditation\, breathwork and a guided self-massage. Please bring a yoga mat\, a journal and pen and a water bottle.  I will have some items to borrow.  Please dress in clothes you can move in as we will be doing some movement practices to get into our bodies.  \nComfort is important.
