DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special Winter Solstice and Full Moon Circle that brings together astrology\, self-reflection\, intentional movement\, and restorative practices to honor the closing of 2026 and welcome the year ahead with greater balance and clarity. \nWe’ll begin with an astrological overview of the Winter Solstice and Full Moon in Cancer\, exploring the themes of this powerful seasonal turning point and what it invites us to reflect on\, nurture\, and release. Through guided journaling and personal reflection\, you’ll have space to reconnect with yourself\, acknowledge the lessons of the past year\, and consider what you want to carry forward and what you’re ready to leave behind. \nWe’ll then participate in a short release ritual to symbolically let go of what no longer serves us so we can all step into 2027 with a little more space. From there\, we’ll move through a 30 min yoga flow inspired by the energy of the Winter Solstice and Cancer Full Moon\, connecting breath\, body\, and mind.
