SUMMARY:Kundalini + Vocal Toning
DESCRIPTION:In this class\, we’ll align with our highest intentions\, connect with our inner landscape\, and activate the voice through somatic movement\, breath\, and vocal toning – a practice utilizing the power of our own voice as a sound healing practice. The resonance from our own voice releases tension\, soothes the nervous system\, and releases endorphins to elevate mood. The workshop begins with light movement and breathwork from the practices of Kundalini Yoga to activate the physical and subtle bodies. We’ll move onto the meditative practice of vocal toning guided by the shruti box\, where sustained sounds and vowels balance the main energy points of the body + open up the voice to empower our sense of expression\, creativity\, and self in this world. SUMMARY:Puppy Yoga
DESCRIPTION:Join us in an all levels yoga class to help support I Heart Dogs Rescue and Animal Haven. I Heart Dog’s is located in Warren\, MI and their mission is to lead the no-kill movement by rescuing\, rehabilitating\, re-homing and providing a place of refuge for homeless dogs\, while also providing a haven for the pets belonging to domestic violence survivors. \nWe will be offering two sessions available to ages 8 and up: \nTICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE \nFirst Session 12:30-1:30 pm. \n  \nFirst Session Sign Up \n  \nSecond Session 2:00-3:00 pm. \n  \nSecond Session Sign Up \n  \nMajority of proceeds to benefit I Heart Dogs. \nTickets are non-refundable. Puppy’s may have accidents on your mat. Clean up crew will be onsite to take care of any accidents.
