For Mom and Baby

This class is for moms and your newborn. Bring your baby and connect with other moms in a relaxing space, for babies ages new born – pre-crawling with a doctors ok. Time to relax, breath, light movement and tend to your baby as needed all with the shared support of other moms.

Yoga inspired postures and activities designed to support postnatal appropriate movement for mom and a bonding experience with your baby. Build up your strength and regain your fitness mindfully after giving birth. Gentle movements to strengthen your core, pelvic floor and back muscles. Ease tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper back due to baby carrying and feeding. Nourish your body, mind and soul during this sacred transition. Multiple babies, strollers and carriers are welcome.
