Shores Yoga is located in the commercial downtown social district of St. Clair Shores. Our goal is to be a proactive approach to well being and foster wellness in our community. We wish to build community with like minded people to promote growth spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. We are an all inclusive space for all ages and abilities to explore themselves and connect with others. A place for people to come to jumpstart their day or release after a day of work.
6 Reasons to Practice Yoga at Our Studio
Shores Yoga is a community of like minded people. Most who attend yoga find something about it appealing; the physical workout, the relaxing environment, the time for yourself… Over time, people often begin to develop a deeper connection with oneself and the world.
We believe having the freedom to experience all parts of ourselves without judgment is key to feeling whole. By showing up and using yoga to dive deep within yourself, there is space where you can acknowledge and accept parts of you that we often avoid.
Through yoga you will be able to reach a state of relaxation that we feel is necessary to thrive. Often people leave feeling more grounded, clear, connected and at peace.
Shores Yoga is a breath of fresh air from the rest of the world. It is a safe space where one can let go and experience whatever you need. You have the space to explore oneself in a safe environment, to assist in personal growth and healing.
Mindfulness is everything yet many people have not experienced it. We can provide the tools for you to practice and gain an awareness of what mindfulness is. These tools you can take off the mat.
Our teachers at Shores Yoga are well trained and experienced in guiding the practitioner. We are good at providing small helpful cues to help reframe the mind and body.
