A Path to Practice
This is a one on one coaching program designed to help the yogi determine their goals they would like to accomplish throughout their yoga practice. This could be physical goals such as increase flexibility, mobility, strength or even to accomplish a specific pose. This also includes spiritually, such as help in finding inner peace and happiness.
This program consists of a 3 month min commitment (included in the price). We will meet twice a month for 45 min to discuss progress and any points of resistance or challenges.
