In this workshop we will discuss the building blocks for your asana practice. Topics we will cover are: Pranayama, Bandhas, Drishti, Samasthiti, Equanimity
Designed for both new students and returning practitioners who want to deepen their understanding, this workshop creates space to explore the foundations of practice in a way we often do not during a regular class. We’ll slow things down, break down key concepts, and give you time to ask questions, refine technique, and truly integrate what you’re learning.
