Retreat Cancelation and Refund Policy
Once you make a deposit on a retreat, you have 30 days to receive a full refund on your depost. After 30 days there are no returns on your deposit.
If you need to cancel:
If the cancellation date is 6 months + out from the date of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund on any payments made (excluding your deposit)
If the cancellation date is 3 months + out from the date of the retreat, you will receive a 25% refund on any payments made (excluding your deposit)
If you cancel within 3 months to the retreat date, you will not receive any refund.
Payment Plan Policy
Payment plans are tailored and agreed upon with the customer. The remaining balance can be split in up to 4 payments and must be paid in full 3 months prior to the retreat. (special requests can be made for payment plans)
Insurance
Insurance is required for out of state and out of country retreats. This will cover you in case you need to cancel (due to illness or any other approved reason by your chosen insurance) and you will receive a refund for the retreat cost. We recommend using Heymondo.com for your insurance.
