Throughout the month of February, we will provide daily activities to help build a better self care routine, relationship to yourself and realistic habits that you can sustain after the challenge.

Perfection is not the purpose. You are welcome to complete the challenge in any order, just mark off the task you have completed while holding the intention of completing them all in the order that works for you.

We have provided some helpful instructions to help incorporate these practices into your day. See booklet for meditation and mantra instructions and journal prompts.

How to Sign Up

A discounted membership is available and valid for the month of February to participate in the challenge. If you have a current membership you do not have to purchase a new one. Sign up for the challenge for free and you will be emailed a booklet with instructions and chart to track your progress!!
