One of the biggest issues we have is our disconnection to our gut. We are not checking in to ask if our gut needs rest, is too full, is overwhelmed…instead we are driven by our minds. The boredom, the anxiety, the peer pressure to eat all triggers us to ignore our gut. It’s time to gain your power back.

Take back control of your what your body truly needs. Join us on this 21 day detox to reset digestion and restore health and vitality. What you can expect is a week to introduce a whole food diet, removing all processed foods with encouragement to restrict meat, flour, anlcohol, caffeine and dairy to prepare for the actual cleanse in week 2.

During the cleanse we will introduce a raw/vegan diet with daily movement/breathwork/meditation. This diet is good to give your gut rest so it can focus on restoring health on a cellular level. We will also introduce herbs to help cleanse your liver and support digestion.

After the cleanse we will slowly introduce cooked again and encourage maintaining a mostly whole foods diet from here on out.

It takes two weeks to break a habit and this cleanse will help reduce addictions to caffeine and processed foods using yoga, with an emphasis on breathwork, to manage the cravings. The cleanse will not be easy but nothing impactful is easy, the rewards and benefits are truly life changing.
