Postpartum Yoga with Baby

Join Laura for a four week series for postpartum moms and new born babies up to walking. Each class will consist of emotional/spiritual discussion and movement to support each other through the postpartum experience.
Week 1 – Pelvic Floor
Week 2 – Core (Diastasis Recti)
Week 3 – Chest & Back (Breast feeding and carrying support)
Week 4 – Mommy + Me Yoga
