Heal the parent wound and foster a deep love for yourself.

The evening will begin with some light movement to prepare the body for lying down. A Somatic Breathwork session to awaken the mind body connection. You will be guided through a powerful inner child and womb healing to possibly heal past mother or father trauma and develop a deep love for yourself. We will end the evening integrating all that was experienced to the healing frequencies of crystal signing bowls.
